The current climate...
There are less and less vacancies out there and fewer still are the ones you really want.  Employers are being far more discerning in what has become a buyer’s market.  Many are now adding in the dreaded 10 minute personal presentation into their recruitment process.  Even the best interviewees can blow it with a poor presentation in the second round.  However, one strong 10 minute stand-up session can turn you around in the employer’s eyes from being a decent candidate to being their favourite.

The solution
Let us train you to be able to deliver confident presentations and personal statements to a professional “winning” standard. Be it a one on one meeting, perhaps using a laptop, or a more formal beauty parade in front of a panel with full blown PowerPoint on a large screen, learning how to present properly is vital in today’s recruitment age.

NB Each delegate on the course will deliver 2 presentations to the group. Prior to the course, delegates will be sent an outline of a mini-session they will conduct with the group on the day. Following the day’s training, they will then redeliver the ‘new improved version.’

The Coach/Trainer
Warren Kemp has been training and advising individuals and teams for over 25 years, 16 of those in the recruitment arena. As well as being one of the foremost figures in the ‘live training’ arena (working with people from some 23 countries to date), he is also known for his best-selling audio products and books. Please download and complete a Job Search Training booking form then post to the address at the top of the form, email to info@recruitmentmatters.com or fax to 02476 591326.

You can pay by cheque, BACS or credit card. We can also invoice you if a third party is paying for your attendance.  Payment must be received prior to the event – we’ll issue a receipt for your records. Numbers will be capped so each date is on a first come, first served basis. Should the date you apply for be full, we will contact you with alternative dates prior to processing your payment.
