TIME MANAGEMENT FOR RECRUITERS

Background
Much of the skill in time management stems from being organised, recognising what is important, being able to prioritise and the ability to realistically estimate how long an action or project will take. Of course, how one deals with the ad hoc and unexpected can make a huge difference to any executive’s output.

Who Should Attend?
‘Time Management For Recruiters’ is a half day course and is particularly suitable for individuals new to the industry who want to give themselves a structure and focus for their activities. It is also an invaluable course for more experienced individuals who need to refocus their energies and ensure that they are maximising their opportunities to be successful.

Course content to include:

  • Some simple rules of thumb - tips & techniques that make a difference
  • How to prioritise - getting the mix right in the right order
  • Organising your desk - consistent effort = consistent results
  • Dealing with the unexpected - how to reschedule if needed
  • Daily planning - getting the basics right - allocating time slots
  • Client evaluation - identifying and learning how to work with the best clients
  • Job order evaluation - working the most profitable jobs first
  • Candidate evaluation - recognising which candidates to spend your time on
  • The bigger picture - where you need to be and working back from there
