Secure “win-win” agreements with your clients no matter the situation!
Half Day 9.30am – 1.00pm Trainer: Matt Wilson

Overview
This course will enable recruiters to a leave with an in-depth understanding of the negotiation process, how to plan and prepare for it and appreciate the skills required and the different perspectives experienced by all parties. Focussing on a number of key areas, it will enable individuals to overcome the “fear” of negotiation and ensure that this area is tackled head on.

Who Should Attend?
This half day course is ideal for recruiters who have, or about to have, client management and relationship development responsibilities. Also great for consultants who are charged with helping others in their team to achieve ‘win-win’ outcomes when they are interacting with their clients.
