Warren Kemp: Managing Director
- Entered the recruitment industry in the early 90’s, setting up and operating two profitable recruitment businesses, initially purely head-hunting and subsequently delivering results using the full spectrum of recruitment methodology. For over 10 years Warren has been training, advising & coaching, working with over 800 clients on recruitment issues from start-ups to some of the biggest players around both in mainstream recruitment, head-hunting and corporate employers own internal recruitment issues.
- Coach and mentor to individuals requiring 'one on one' assistance (whether on business or personal issues). Regarded by many as one the THE recruitment industry experts
- Author of one of the best selling recruitment books ever (10% of the UK's staffing industry have at least one copy in their office) "Recruiting in a Tough Market,” as well as "25 Ways and More to Grow your Business" and his most recent and highly acclaimed "Don’t Become a Frog! 250 Tips For Busy Recruiters.”

Ken Kemp: Sales & Marketing Director
- Ken has been a management consultant since the mid 90’s, having previously been in book publishing. One of his achievements while operating as European MD for a major US corporation was to build the business from £1m to a highly profitable £17m in 7 years.
- He has an extensive track record in marketing both on and offline including Marketing Director for "Mills & Boon"...swoon ! lol
- Ken was for many years an independent marketing consultant covering a variety of industries/niches including brand licensing, website design & SEO prior to joining RMI
- Since joining in 2006, Ken’s main focus at Recruitment Matters International is business development & marketing and he has a key objective to help grow our business exponentially in the coming years through an expanded range of products and services, including within corporate public & private sector organisations regarding their recruitment functions.
- Ken is our MD, Warren Kemp’s, “older, wiser brother” (his words – Warren may beg to differ…) and joined on a strict mutual understanding that that he won’t divulge any family secrets! That said, the company information can be divulged.

Matt Wilson: Trainer & Consultant
- A highly competent and successful external recruitment consultant and in-house resourcing professional with over 12 years in the field.
- With a proven track record of delivery at senior level for two major UK recruitment groups, Matt has an extensive background encompassing the full range of recruitment methodologies.

David Lyons: Web/e-marketing Consultant
- David has been involved within the recruitment industry since the late 90's initially setting up and running a successful healthcare agency before selling it in 2003.
- Since then he has developed and improved some of the most cutting edge tools available for today’s busy recruiter including online database systems and SEO. Recruitment Matters database, website and online marketing campaigns are both managed and run by David
- He is our online tools guru although thankfully unlike many in the industry his interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone show he is as human and non teccy as the best of us! David as well as an integral part of our team works with some of the leading names in recruitment.

Alastair Campbell, Director, The Ideal Marketing Company (aka 'The Marketing Mentor')
We are delighted to be working with Alastair on our new one day course on 'Marketing Brand Building & Promoting Your Recruitment Services.'
- Alastair worked for several London advertising agencies during the industry's boom years of the late 1980's/early 90's, winning a national competition for a Holsten Pils commercial and a placement at top agency GGT.
- He then worked for the Pearson owned Register Group for almost 10 years in various capacities from head of new business, head of account management to marketing manager.
- He moved to Leicestershire in 1997 to become marketing manager for Lines Unlimited. The company went on to win business with almost half of the UK's commercial radio stations, and won 'Marketing Company of the Year' award from The Marketing Guild. He was then promoted to run the marketing and telemarketing departments for the firm's holding company, Voice Connect, during which time he helped to land a series of major account wins including the Metropolitan Police and Oxford University.
- After 6 years of working with the Voice Connect Group he left to set up The Ideal Marketing Company - with Voice Connect as his first client. Since then his clients have included Prontaprint, the NHs and Hush Puppies, although his specialist sector is providing marketing services for recruitment companies.
- Alastair has delivered hundreds of seminars over the past decade including to start-up businesses at the NEC and Olympia.
- He has always believed that effective, low cost marketing ideas should be for every business. Most recently, Alastair has shared his thoughts and advice through his book 'The Marketing Launchpad.'
- If he were to sum up his views on marketing, it would be "Spend time on it rather than money; do more of what works for you and do some marketing every week without fail to avoid boom and bust in your company."
