LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

We are very pleased to introduce you to one of our training associates, Neil Kirby, who is a life coach and certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). The following is some information on his highly successful leadership programme – TheEnableProgramme™.

TheEnableProgramme™ for Managers is being run on 21st & 22nd March.

Managers and other staff sometimes lack the confidence to perform as well as they should, relying too much on their boss or struggling to deal with their workload, making it hard to delegate to them.

My belief is that success is an attitude of mind and I’ll be encouraging managers to take responsibility for how they think, how they behave and therefore what they achieve.

The training is specifically focused on managers and their issues.  Like the Leaders programme it consists of a 2-day workshop followed by a 2-hour confidential personal coaching session.  This ensures that managers can answer all queries, address any remaining issues and plan what they need to do.

 

The TheEnableProgramme™ for Leaders runs again on 23rd & 24th May.

Owners, directors and partners often take on the pressures and frustrations of running a business.  Being involved in all aspects of the business means no time for yourself or to develop the business in the way you want.  Quite often it’s hard to see the wood for the trees.  It’s easy to become stuck.

I believe it doesn’t have to be this way.

The 2-day workshop involves a maximum of 12 leaders and is followed by a 2-hour confidential personal coaching session so everyone benefits from my personal attention.

And as part of TheEnableNetwork, you can also join an exclusive group of like-minded leaders who’ve completed TheEnableProgramme™ at our FREE “tune-up” sessions to refresh and refocus your thinking.
