About you
Securing the right job to either enhance or reinvigorate your career has never been easy. It is also true to say that there are fewer jobs around in these difficult times. Add to that employers being particularly picky when they make a hire, wanting someone with the right skills for now and with some extra “bells and whistles” for tomorrow - no wonder getting a new job has never been more difficult.

That’s why you have to make sure your interview skills are the very best they can be.  Increased competition for fewer jobs means that being right for the role isn’t enough on its own.  You have to make sure that from the very first” hello” to the last handshake “goodbye” you stand out as their preferred candidate. Being impressive at interviews is a skill and may be one that you haven’t had to practise too often in the past. About us
RMI has been working with both recruiters and employers training and advising them on recruitment and staffing issues for over 10 years. The principals of RMI have been recruiters themselves for many years before that. The trainer/coach
Warren Kemp
is one of the foremost figures within the staffing industry, having worked with over 1000 clients to date on career issues, including recruiters, HR personnel, line managers and individuals. He is the author of 3 books, over a dozen audio programmes, speaker at numerous recruitment related events, writer and producer of webinars, recently appeared on TV and as one recent testimonial stated, Warren is “probably one of the most networked people in the UK.”

How do I book? Please download and complete a Job Search Training booking form then post to the address at the top of the form, email to info@recruitmentmatters.com or fax to 02476 591326.

You can pay by cheque, BACS or credit card. We can also invoice you if a third party is paying for your attendance.  Payment must be received prior to the event – we’ll issue a receipt for your records. Numbers will be capped so each date is on a first come, first served basis. Should the date you apply for be full, we will contact you with alternative dates prior to processing your payment.
