IN-HOUSE RECRUITMENT TRAINING

In-house recruitment training can be a creative, flexible alternative to attending open courses, and has the added benefits that the trainer will be coming to you, saving your staff time and money and, of course, the concentration on the day will be solely on your business. We have delivered in-house courses for our clients throughout the UK and much of Europe including Germany, Holland, Greece, Bulgaria, Belgium,Switzerland and Latvia. Indeed, to date, we have trained people from some 23 different countries worldwide.

But please, don't believe everything that you hear out there from some training providers. Those that offer and advertise "bespoke recruitment training " may just be putting your logo on their standard PowerPoint presentation. True bespoke training requires considerably more thought and a good understanding of the client’s objectives. We work hard to drive your messages home as well as add valuable new insites.
If what you want is an in-house version of our open courses, then that's what we will be very happy to provide, at a price that makes sense.

However, if you want truly bespoke work, we will be equally delighted to rise to the challenge, and, indeed, we pride ourselves on delivering that to your absolute satisfaction. It may take more mutual time to help us to research and develop an understanding of your business, then writing and developing content prior to delivery at your premises, but we know that you will find the results highly beneficial.

 As examples, here are some topics on which we have delivered training in the past year. For some, we can also deliver a more in-depth one day version.
