ENHANCE YOUR JOB SEEKING SKILLS & EMPLOYABILITY
ENHANCE YOUR JOB SEEKING SKILLS & EMPLOYABILITY
“Find the right opportunities, apply appropriately, and with a winning CV”

A half day training course brought to you by Recruitment Matters International

The current climate
We all know there are less jobs available and more people in competition for them right now.  Whether you are seeking your first job, a career move or you are trying to get back out there after a period of unemployment, it has never been more vital to be at the top of your game.
If it was 12 months ago, an employer might have received 50 applications for a job with 10 being appropriate – it’s now more likely to be 200 with 40 being contenders for the role.  Finding a job vacancy is a skill in itself, as is being able to network effectively to get a foot in the door of an unadvertised opportunity.  And, of course, with fewer jobs and increased competition, having an instantly impressive CV makes all the difference.

Course Content
•    Managing your career path
•    The 15 point plan
•    Sourcing vacancies & opportunities
•    How to “react & attract”
•    Producing winning CV’s
•    Writing introductory/cover letters

About us
RMI has been working with recruiters and employers, training and advising them on recruitment and staffing issues for over 10 years. The principals of RMI have been recruiters themselves for many years before that. Add in another 50 years collectively as hiring authorities for corporate businesses and it’s fair to say our experience  working with jobseekers and their employers is up there with the best of them.

It’s that experience that means we know exactly what employers are looking for, how they interview, what job boards they use, what roles they would still use a recruiter for, how their recruitment departments work. Crucially, we know what YOU have to do to be seen, to stand out from the crowd, how to increase your chances of success at interview, how to handle job sourcing in an incredibly competitive market AND how to sell yourself at every stage of the search to secure your job of choice.
