COACHING & MENTORING

Very often the difference between reaching the final of a race and winning the gold medal can be a fraction of a second. Nobody remembers the runners-up only the winner. That gold medal winner can become a celebrity for years to come as a result of that fraction of a second.

However, what most people don't think about is the years of dedication that it takes to become a finalist never mind the winner. Any winner in the field of sport will have a coach or a series of coaches. Very often it's the coaching that makes that split second difference. Recruiting should be no different.

Great recruiters, good managers, top fee earners & HR Professionals have three things in common - commitment, consistency & belief. Most human beings have one or two of these traits or occasionally show all three. If you would like to be a player in your field with ‘OK’ results, by all means, continue. However, if you want to be a winner - time and time again - get yourself a coach.

After an initial free telephone discussion with Warren, if you feel you could benefit from coaching or mentoring, then a visit or a series of visits will be planned along with ongoing support by regular telephone, email and further face-to-face follow up as required.
