Building And Running An Effective Search

Overview
In today's recruitment industry, the ability to present the right solution to your client has never been more crucial. Increasingly, that solution is a discrete direct approach to a finite number of key individuals that are not on the job market - top performers that your client would otherwise not be able to meet. 'Building and Running a Successful Search Desk' is about being able to do that consistently for a regular defined client base.
