Delivering Winning Client Pitches and Presentations

The current climate...
There are less and less vacancies out there and fewer still being given to recruiters. So when given an opportunity to meet with the potential client and "pitch" for their business your presentation skills need to be 100% professional and totally engaging. Being selected for a lucrative PSL or better still, sole agency status may just make the difference between your desk making profit or not. These days a coffee and a chat in Starbucks isn't going to get you the business you need to succeed.

The reality
Too few recruiters have had to be at the top of their game when it comes to presenting to a client until these last 12 months or so of economic uncertainty. Winning a lucrative pitch at one point for you might have been the icing on the cake - great if it happened but not such a big deal if it didn't. After all, the sheer volume of other vacancies you had kept you busy and profitable anyway. That, as you know, has changed. Now with more and more competition for vacancies, sheer hard work is giving the better recruiters only a chance of winning the business. Lack of training and experience in presentation skills, however, means many come up short on the day. Ask yourself this: "How many client visits do I go on and how many do I come away from with their business?" If the answer is "not enough" then read on...

The solution
Let us train you or one or two of your team to be able to deliver client presentations and pitches to a professional "winning" standard. Be it a one on one meeting with a laptop or a more formal beauty parade in front of a panel with full blown PowerPoint presentation on a large screen, learning how to present properly is vital in today's recruitment age.

Without help and guidance, you or your staff will continue to hit the same numbers as you are doing now, or worse if the competition heats up even more. What if you were to win one just one more pitch, or even two, because of good training and advice? What would that do for your bottom line? What if it's a PSL worth 1, 2 or 3 placements a month? What if you doubled your hit rate? Work out what your "what ifs" are compared with the investment in time and money that this course could mean to you. The solution is straightforward – let us train you or your team to deliver winning pitches and presentations.

Course Content
Understanding what is expected from you
